When importing the sales order from WooCommerce to Odoo, the connector will check the product which is mentioned in the sales order. In case the product does not exist in Odoo, the connector will try to create it based on SKU, and the 'Auto Create Product' option needs to be checked from the Product & Product Stock Configuration (WooCommerce Connector > WooCommerce Integration > Common Setup).
Similarly, it will check the customer information. If a customer doesn’t exist then it will create it in Odoo based on the email address.
