  • Location Data: Real-time or periodic location for tracking field visits and verifying on-site presence.
  • Media & Files: Photos, documents, and attachments uploaded as work evidence.
  • Audio Data: Voice notes or meeting recordings captured for visit activity reporting.
  • Device & App Usage Data: Device model, OS version, IP address, time stamps, and in-app activity for performance and security.

Note: The App is intended for authorized employees only and is not for personal/consumer use.

✽  Permissions We Request

  • Our App uses certain device permissions to enable field force employees to perform their work effectively:

    • Location Access — Purpose: Track visit activities, verify on-site presence, and ensure route/work accuracy. Usage: Collected only during active use for official visits.
    • Camera Access — Purpose: Capture images of visits, proofs of work completion, or documents. Usage: Photos are stored securely for official reporting and verification.
    • File Storage Access — Purpose: Upload and store documents, visit proofs, and related files. Usage: Access is limited to official work files only.
    • Microphone Access — Purpose: Record voice notes or meeting summaries as part of visit reporting. Usage: Audio is captured only when initiated by the employee.

    You can manage permissions in your device settings. Disabling certain permissions may limit core functionality for field work.


     

✽  How We Use Information

    • Track and monitor employee field visits and attendance for operational accuracy.
    • Verify task completion and maintain official records and performance evaluations.
    • Improve App functionality, reliability, and user experience.
    • Detect, prevent, and address security or technical issues.
    • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

✽  Data Sharing

​We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only as follows:

      • With company management and authorized departments for official reporting and audits.
      • With service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, security) under binding confidentiality and data protection obligations.
      • With government/regulatory authorities if required by law or legal process.

✽  Data Retention

​We retain information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and comply with applicable laws and policies. After the retention period, we will securely delete or anonymize the data.

​If you would like to delete or deactivate your employee account, please send an email request to hr@setuconsulting.com from your registered email address. Include your full name, employee ID, and reason for the request.

  • We will acknowledge and begin processing your request within 7 business days.
  • Upon deletion or deactivation, your access to the App will be disabled.
  • Some data may be retained as required by law, compliance, or legitimate business interests (e.g., audit logs, statutory records). Such data will be minimized and protected.
  • Backups may retain residual copies for a limited period per our retention policy before being purged.
