- Requester:
A user who can request materials for their assigned plant(s). They can initiate requisitions but do not have authority to approve or process further procurement
- Item Owner:
A user responsible for managing requisition requests related to the products for which they are designated as the Item Owner. This role includes the authority to approve or reject requisitions and to create Requests for Quotation (RFQs) specifically for the products they are assigned as the Item Owner.
- Branch Manager:
This user has full operational authority within their branch, including the ability to manage all procurement operations, such as approving requisitions, creating RFQs, and handling vendor-related tasks.
- Management:
This user has the highest level of control, with full authority over all procurement and vendor management operations.
