How to submit Schedule?
Once the RFQ is allocated, the vendor will be required to submit the delivery schedule. Balaji Wafers will prepare the initial schedule and request the necessary delivery details from the vendor.
Go to the schedule menu and open the schedule for which you would like to share delivery information.
Once the schedule is opened, please fill out all the details, as mentioned in the screenshot.
Invoice Number:
Enter the invoice number associated with the purchase or delivery.
Truck Number:
Enter the truck's registration number that is delivering the materials.
Dispatch Quantity:
This field will automatically display the quantity of materials being dispatched.
Weight:
Enter the total weight of the materials being delivered.
Driver Name:
Enter the name of the truck driver responsible for the delivery.
Driver Number:
Enter the contact number of the truck driver.
Once all the details are filled out, please click on ‘Submit’ button.
