ProcureMate is a Vendor and Tender Management solution operated by Setu Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us"). ProcureMate is designed for business users, vendors, and authorized representatives to manage procurement activities, vendor interactions, tenders, and related workflows.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the information shared with us while using the ProcureMate mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate ProcureMate effectively:

a. Personal & Business Information

  • Name, email address, phone number
  • Company name, role, and designation
  • Vendor or customer identifiers (as applicable)
  • Login credentials and user account details

b. Procurement & Transactional Data

  • Vendor profiles and documents
  • Tender details, bids, quotations, and related attachments
  • Purchase-related records created or managed within the App

c. Device & Usage Information

  • Device type, operating system, app version
  • IP address, log data, timestamps
  • In-app activity for performance monitoring and security

Note: ProcureMate does not collect or store sensitive personal data such as bank account details, credit card numbers, or personal financial information.

  • The ProcureMate mobile app may request the following permissions strictly for business functionality: 

  • File & Media Access – To upload and download documents such as tenders, quotations, and compliance files.
  • Camera Access – To capture documents or images required for vendor verification or records.
  • Notifications – To send alerts related to tenders, approvals, deadlines, or system updates. 

You can manage permissions through your device settings. Limiting permissions may affect certain features of the App.

  • If you wish to deactivate or delete your ProcureMate account:

    • Send a request from your registered email address to sales@procuremate.pro
    • Include your name, organization, and reason for the request. 

We will process valid requests within a reasonable timeframe. Certain records may be retained as required by law or for audit purposes. Backup copies may exist temporarily before secure deletion


✽  Children’s Privacy

​ProcureMate is a business application and is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors


✽  Changes to This Policy

​ We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted within the App or on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of ProcureMate after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
